Each year, the Joyful Heart Foundation partners with organizations and groups at both the national and local levels to participate in community education events. Designed to help increase awareness, these activities help us to fulfill our mission to shed light into the darkness that surrounds the issues of sexual assault, domestic violence and child abuse.

Throughout the year, there are months dedicated to raising awareness around the various forms of violence we seek to end. Whether participating in a rally during Sexual Assault Awareness Month or volunteering your time at a child adocacy center during Child Abuse Awareness Month, we invite you to learn more about each of these special times of the year and get involved in your own community to raise awareness.
