Wellness Monday: Living Well, Coast to Coast

To our friends at Joyful Heart, We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the Los Angeles edition of The Well Daily. Many of you know that our journey started in New York in January 2011 as a daily email to a small circle of friends. As we sought for ourselves more joyful and mindful lives, we shared our lives with the hope that at least a few people would be touched and inspired. From how to start meditating and our favorite earth-friendly products to the people and nonprofits out there changing the world, we passed along the ideas that were affecting and shaping who we were and how we lived. Since then, we've grown a lot. We continue to share our ideas and passions and with each new day, the circle expands. The expert advice of our Friends and Contributors and the guiding light from our Wisdom Circle, along with our own first-hand experiences, connect our readers with tools to help them live well. Of course, we realized right away that so many people beyond New York were benefiting from our daily mail. We decided to take it coast to coast, and today The Well Daily Los Angeles makes its debut. Whether you live on the east coast, the west coast or somewhere in between, we invite you to join our circle of friends. In addition to universal wisdom on yoga and meditation, we'll bring you the most recent revelations in the worlds of nutrition and wellness. Living well is a right, not a privilege, and we just hope to make it more accessible. Join us by subscribing to The Well Daily Los Angeles or The Well Daily New York today. Our simple mission remains: be well. do well. live well... for yourself and others. Love, Sukey & Jackie For more tips on living well, visit The Well Daily, a website and free daily email for all things yoga, meditation, nutrition and wellness.
