This has been a remarkable year, as news coverage continues to bring unprecedented attention to these issues. The Joyful Heart Foundation’s work shaped headlines—from the $76 million in funding we helped secure to address the nation's rape kit backlog, to our NO MORE PSAs that reached an audience mark of 1.8 billion people. But with increased attention comes urgency to meet this pivotal moment in time.

As Joyful Heart is called upon to respond to this new awareness and need with expertise, intelligence and compassion, we are stretched thinner than ever.
