What's Your #NOMORE?

The NO MORE PSAs with current and former NFL players premiere tonight during Thursday Night Football on CBS. This is a deeply meaningful and important night, and we are filled with joy, gratitude and admiration for all of those who came together to make this moment happen: our creative team, the team at Viacom who produced the shoots—and most of all, the brave players who joined us.

Sports have a tremendous impact and influence in our culture, in the lives of men and our youth in particular. These players who stepped forward—and the power they have to engage and mobilize—play a pivotal role in changing the way our society responds to this violence. And, ultimately, in bringing the violence to an end.

Both in front of the camera and behind the scenes, these men stepped forward to draw a line and say NO MORE to domestic violence and sexual assault. Since the PSA shoots, they have been lighting up social media, inspiring others to join them and do the same. This is a powerful moment: men standing up, getting off the sidelines, lifting their voices and speaking out. On this special night, we have the opportunity to amplify the power and reach of their voices by calling on our community to join us in saying NO MORE.

Here's how:

Share your commitment to say #NOMORE on social media, and call on others to demonstrate their commitment as well.

  • Download and print this sign and write what you say #NOMORE to.

  • Take a photo of yourself with the sign.
  • Tweet what you say #NOMORE to with your photo.

Consider whose strong voice you'd like to enlist in this cause—your friends, your family, your co-workers—and invite them by name in your posts. Here are some examples you can personalize to get started:

There’s no excuse for domestic violence or sexual assault. What’s your #NOMORE?
